How long do repairs usually take?
Many common repairs — screens, batteries, virus removal — are completed within 1–3 working days. Complex faults or parts we need to order may take longer; we'll always give you an honest estimate upfront.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Parts and labour are covered by a warranty period which we'll confirm when you collect your device. If something isn't right, bring it back and we'll put it right.
Can you repair liquid-damaged devices?
Sometimes. Liquid damage varies hugely — we'll inspect your device, explain what's affected and give you a clear quote before any work begins. There's no charge for assessment in-store.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. For home call-outs or business visits, booking ahead helps us schedule the right technician and parts.
Which areas do you cover for call-outs?
We cover Belfast and surrounding areas. Contact us with your postcode and we'll confirm availability and any call-out fee.
Can you help if I've forgotten my password?
In many cases yes — we can help reset Windows accounts, recover access to email and advise on Apple ID issues. Proof of ownership may be required for security.
