Collection from shop

Most repaired devices are collected from our Belfast workshop at 34 Kennedy Way, BT11 9AP. We'll notify you when your repair is complete and ready for pickup.

Local delivery

Delivery within Belfast may be available for certain products or completed repairs. Fees and availability will be confirmed when you order or when your repair is finished.

Shipping

For customers outside the Belfast area, shipping of products may be arranged via courier at additional cost. Devices are packed securely; risk passes on delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Home call-outs

We offer home visits for setup, repairs and IT support across Belfast and surrounding areas. Call-out fees depend on location and job type — ask for a quote when booking.
