Repair warranty

Repairs are covered by a parts and labour warranty for a period stated at collection. If a fault reoccurs related to our repair within the warranty window, bring the device back and we will investigate at no additional labour charge.

Products sold

Refurbished PCs, laptops and accessories sold by Ni Computer Repairs may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition, unless otherwise agreed at point of sale. Custom-built systems may have different terms — we'll confirm before you buy.

Non-returnable items

Software licences, specially ordered parts fitted to your specification, and data recovery services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
